The Information Literacy Tutorial (TILT)

TILT is designed to help students become familiar with concepts and terminology related to research, evaluating and citing sources, and understanding how to use information for academic work. Faculty members who teach research-intensive courses such as English Composition or Introduction to Research Methods are encouraged to incorporate TILT and the TILT quizzes into their Canvas course.

Importing TILT Quizzes Through Canvas Commons

Find TILT in Canvas Commons
  1. open your Canvas course
  2. click on the link for Commons
  3. type Hartness TILT into the search box
  4. select TILT module
  5. import the module into your course
  6. move the TILT quizzes to appropriate modules of your course
