Library Lessons
Library Lessons utilize the lesson resource in Moodle and are meant to teach students basics steps in research. Each Library Lesson is set up with an introductory page and each incorporates instructional material with library videos and interactive questions to help students assimilate the material.
There are six available lessons, which can all be added to your Moodle course. Each Library Lesson includes interactive instructional material, as well as five gradable questions (each worth 1 point) that will be automatically linked to your Moodle grade book. Library Lesson questions are intended for students to learn the skills (not necessarily test their knowledge). This graded piece will also help you see when students have completed the lesson. Just like any LIM tool, once added to your course, you can move to any appropriate week. You can also change the grading, if desired.
