Accessing Vermont Statutes

There are two ways to access the Vermont Statutes:

Via Vermont Web Site to LexisNexis
1. Go to http://www.leg.state.vt.us/statutes/statutes2.htm. This is the unofficial version and has not been edited and is not searchable.
2. However, you can go to the bottom of the page and click on Vermont Statutes and Court Rules at LexisNexis.
3. Click on Vermont Statutes on the left, then put a search in the box above.
4. Alternatively you can click on Select Search Form to go to an Advanced search or Natural Language search; or search Analytical Materials; Cases; Codes, Rules, & Regulations; Forms; or Indexes.
