Persistent Links to Videos in the Medcom Database

Using persistent links allows you to access Hartness Library materials through email, on websites, in Moodle course sites etc...  However, the correct URL must be used to maintain login authentication for many of the Library’s databases. URLs must contain the letters hrt and the word libraries for authentication.

  1. Select a course from the list of available titles in the Medcom database.

  2. Each course contains multiple videos and instructions. Right-click on the Course Overview link and copy the shortcut to link back to the course, or right-click on a specific video to link to a specific video segment.

  3. Paste the link in an email, website, Moodle course site, etc…
